Uttar Pradesh government launched the third phase of 'Mission Shakti' on 22 August 2021 with an aim to promote safety, respect and self-reliance for women. Accordingly, to create awareness regarding the safety issues and empowerment of Women, Arya Mahila PG College is organizing a series of events under this campaign. College is employing innovative methods, such as poster-making, essay competition on Gender equality and Women Empowerment, webinars, Talks on Mental Health, Counselling session and Yoga Practices. Self defense classes organized to make them able to protect themselves in challenging situations. This is in keeping with the larger policy of the college which aims to impart holistic education comprehensively preparing students for the world. The events have been planned in a manner that appeals to the youth so that they connect and gain an understanding.
