Bengali Language has a rich academic socio-cultural heritage. This Language has played significant role in Indian renaissance and reformation. In order to preserve the rich cultural heritage, Bengali is being taught in the college since 1960. Keeping in view the vision of its founders to awake students enabling to face the challenges of the global society. It is a matter of pride that among the Bengali students, they have secured first position at the University level.
