Social responsibility is inbuilt in the vision and mission of the college founders. Service is one of the core values of the institution and hence plans various activities to foster social consciousness among the students. The institution believes in taking the teaching and learning beyond the four walls of classrooms and focuses on the application of training and instruction to improve the status and quality of life.
The college has adopted five villages:
Students carried out awareness programs regarding sanitation, menstrual health, government schemes like Janani Suraksha Yojana etc. 135 students participated in fieldwork.
Provides free one-year diploma in Cutting and Tailoring. Free sewing machines are also distributed.
In collaboration with Aurobindo Society to motivate youth with nationalistic values and spiritual knowledge.
College purchases furniture made by prisoners and supports poor schools in remote areas.
Four units of NSS serve the local community through various campaigns and awareness programs.
These programs help students understand rural realities, support marginalized communities, promote government schemes, and develop vocational skills. College students regularly visit orphanages, old age homes, and engage in activities like Swachchata Abhiyan, nukkad natak, and more.
